Founder Genevieve Clements knows firsthand what it’s like to feel stuck in a job that drains your passion and energy.
"Living in Vancouver while pursuing my dreams as an artist wasn’t always easy. I moved to the city at 17, enrolled in school full-time, and worked endlessly just to make ends meet. Finding a balance between financial security and creative freedom felt nearly impossible—until I discovered the world of brand representation, promo modelling and event marketing.
Working as a promo model gave me access to well-paid, flexible opportunities that fit my lifestyle and allowed me to thrive. It was more than a job... it was a tool. The problem, the industry had a terrible rep. Staff don't always show up, dress well or care about the work... creating headaches for clients... It became clear to me that I had to solve this problem."
